About the Event:
The Senior Tech Conference is an annual one-day event that empowers older adults with essential digital skills through hands-on learning, workshops, and tech exploration.
My Role:

I served as the Event Manager and Graphic Designer for the 2024 conference. My responsibilities included:

Overseeing day-of operations, speaker and volunteer coordination

Designing all branded visuals: flyers, social media posts, t-shirts, posters, directional signage

Coordinating with breakout session speakers and tech labs

Ensuring a seamless, enjoyable experience for over 200 senior attendees
